Repair Service

Visual Information Services (VIS) can repair your Apple computer or iPod at our workshop near Reading. We offer the following repair services Free Diagnosis Hardware Repair to board level Memory, Hard Drive and Optical Drive upgrades While you wait and same day repair service We offer a free diagnostic Service (See terms and conditions) and will give a verbal or written quote once diagnosed. We quote a fixed priced labour cost on most repairs We can repair your Apple computer or iPod while you wait or same day (by appointment) depending on availability of parts; this will incur an extra charge for this service. Standard repairs we aim to quote for within 2 -3 days depending on work load iPod Battery Fitting If you would like VIS to fit your iPod battery, please select Workshop Fitting option when you order your battery. You will need to send the iPod, at your expense, to VIS (See Contact Us page for address). Please include a return address label and postage for returning your iPod to you. The £14 plus VAT charge is for fitting and return only, and does not include postage of your iPod to VIS.
