VIS offers an exchange service on Logic Boards and serviceable parts Exchange Part Service The exchange part service is where you send in your faulty part first to VIS and pay the exchange price and we then send by return a good working part. Exchange Conditions The following conditions must be met. The faulty part must be in a serviceable condition, not physically or liquid damaged, and have no missing parts that it was originally built with. VIS has the right to reject a part for exchange if it does not meet these conditions Please remember to put your address and contact information in with your part, so we can obtain payment and send out your part ASAP Advance Exchange Part Service The advance exchange service allows you to exchange your faulty part for a new / refurbished working part. You pay the buy price for the exchange product and we send out a good working part in advance. This means the down time of your computer is kept to a minimum. When the faulty part is returned to us we will then credit you the difference between the buy and exchange price as long as the conditions are met below. Conditions of Advance Exchange The exchange is on a like for like basis, no upgrades. To qualify for a credit on the returned exchanged faulty part you must return it within 7 days from date of dispatch, the part being returned must be in a serviceable condition, not physically or liquid damaged, and have no missing parts that it was originally built with. Customers are also responsible for the cost of return shipping
An RMA number will be issued with the supplied part along with a return address label, this must be put on the outside of the packaging so we know who the part is from, which will allow us to process the credit payment. How do I know if Advance Exchange Service is available? All parts where we offer Advance Exchange are marked and have an Exchange price displayed. If you do not see details of an exchange price, the Advance Exchange service is not available on the part. |
